Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free standard shipping on all orders in the US. Your purchase will be delivered within 3-10 business days once the order is placed. We offer express 1-2 day shipping for an extra fee.
  •  We don’t offer international shipping at any price at this time.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday – Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday – Friday, will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed,  confirmed and shipped on Monday.
  •  We will notify you by email with confirmation and tracking number once your order leaves our place. Please check your junk and spam folder if you have not received your shipping confirmation. If you still not seeing your email confirmation, please contact our customer support
  • We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery date.


If you purchased your product from any of our authorized resellers, please contact the same reseller to process your return. (This warranty, however, is not extended to purchases made from unauthorized resellers).

Products that are purchased directly from these websites may be returned by you within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for a full refund excluding shipping and handling.

We do require an RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement), please follow the instruction below to submit an RMA request. Refunds do not include shipping charges, including costs incurred with free shipping offers.

Returns sent without an RMA will not be acted on. We have no way of knowing why it was returned. Please be sure to get an RMA first before sending a return including a tracking number. Returned items must be in good condition – unopened and in the original packaging. We will not accept any opened packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-5 business days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds Policy

We prefer to issue a refund in the same form of payment as was used in the original product purchase. However, this may not always be possible. For instance, if more than 30 days have elapsed since processing a payment via credit card, refunds to the credit card may not be possible. In such cases, we would issue a refund in the form of a check.

Regarding the processing of credit card refunds, please allow up to 5 business days to complete the refund process. (This is not a standard time and it may vary depending on the processing times required by various financial institutions.)

In cases where an “in-store” credit is preferred, we can issue a credit to your Finest Formula customer account. Please call us at 949-979-6070 to apply credits towards their next order.
